§ Mr. Manderasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he will consider the advisability of publishing as a White Paper or otherwise the measures contemplated to be brought into operation after passage into law on the outbreak of war in connection with the internal civil administration affecting local authorities, with a view to fully acquainting those concerned with the schemes and promoting agreement?
§ Sir J. AndersonI have already informed the local authorities that they will be taken into consultation on any measures of this kind affecting them, but I will consider whether there is occasion for any further publication of these measures apart from this consultation.
