§ The Prime MinisterThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the last part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to my reply to the hon. Member for Kingswinford (Mr. A. Henderson) on 14th December. In the circumstances a decision to receive a deputation must necessarily be deferred.
