§ Mr. LloydThe responsibility for such arrangements rests on the Justices, but my right hon. Friend has caused inquiry to be made and he is informed that there is no hard and fast rule requiring persons entitled to moneys under Maintenance Orders to attend at the court house. If difficulty arises in any case, arrangements are made for transmitting the amounts by post and in fact approximately two-fifths of the weekly payments are sent by post.
