§ Mr. LloydThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative, but my right hon. Friend is proposing to take an early opportunity of consulting the associations concerned regarding the constitution and proceedings of the Central Advisory Council. As regards the second part of the question, it is my right hon. Friend's intention to provide for the nomination of technical Fire Service representatives on the council.
