§ Mr. ColvilleI regret that I am not in a position to add anything to the reply given to a question by the hon. and learned Member on 15th November, except that I have since been informed of the establishment of a school guidance clinic at Kilmarnock. As indicated in the previous reply, I feel that in the present stage of its development the advance of the movement for the provision of such clinics is best left to local initiative.
