§ Mr. ShakespeareThe site of the old Arsenal Yard at Hong Kong, which was vacated on terms agreed with the local Government, was never the property of the Admiralty, and no question of repurchase therefore arises. Inquiries have recently been made by the Admiralty as to the terms on which possession of a part or the whole of the site could be acquired but no decision on the point has yet been taken.
