§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe approximate number of insured persons, aged 14–64, whose unemployment books were exchanged, in July, 1938, at all the Employment Exchanges in the Liverpool, Bootle and Garston area, was 415,670, and the number of insured persons of these ages recorded as unemployed at the same Exchanges on 17th October, 1938, was 73,184.
