§ Captain WallaceI regret that official figures in respect of the years 1913, 1914 and 1937 are not available but according to information furnished in connection with the Census of Production, the output of cement in the United Kingdom in 1912 was about 2,800,000 tons and in 1935 about 6,200,000 tons.
