Mr. De la Bèreasked the Minister for the Co-ordination of Defence whether, in respect of the divisional officers appointed to control and regulate foodstuffs who are not empowered to take steps in the direction of increased food production, every facility will be given them for co-operation and exchange of views with the officials of the Departments who are concerned with the increase of food production at home?
