HC Deb 25 November 1937 vol 329 cc1433-4W
Mr. Mainwaring

asked the Minister of Labour whether, in reviewing the needs and circumstances of claimants for assistance due to rising prices, local area officers under the Unemployment Assistance Board may modify their previous decisions in cases where such decisions were based upon an estimate of other sources of income?

Mr. E. Brown

The Board inform me that the rules provide that a determination made by an officer of the Unemployment Assistance Board may be reviewed by him at any time.
