asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury the aggregate amount paid by Germany on account of reparations; what share of that amount was received by Great Britain; what amount did Great Britain receive in the aggregate from her Continental Allies on account of inter-allied debts, excluding the Dominions and Colonies; what aggregate amount was received by Great Britain from the Dominions; whether that

(2) whether he will consider the establishment of the permanently employed Government messengers at present unestablished in view of their inability to provide for their retirement?
