§ Colonel Ropnerasked the Minister of Transport whether he can give an assurance that the delay in arriving at an agreed plan in respect of the proposed trunk road will not postpone action which will entail the provision of a toll-free passage over the River Ouse at Selby on the site of the existing bridge; and whether he can now say when the necessary work will be commenced?
