asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he is satisfied that, in view of the greatly increased use now being made of Gibraltar by units of His Majesty's Fleet, adequate recreational facilities are available; and, if not, whether it is proposed to provide additional facilities in the near future:

The question of recreational facilities at Gibraltar is receiving constant attention, and proposals for extending or improving football grounds, tennis courts, squash racquets courts, bathing facilities and the Naval canteen are under consideration.
