§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreAs regards the first and third parts of this question I would refer my hon. Friend to my reply to a question by the hon. Member for Birkenhead East (Mr. White) on 3rd November. As regards the second part of the question, the cost of maintaining these refugees is at present being borne by Kenya, but I propose in due course to invite the House to make provision to enable this expenditure to be refunded.
