§ Mr. BernaysI would refer my hon. Friend to the Second Annual Report of the Inland Water Survey Committee published on the 10th October. I understand that their first publication of records is in the press. The survey will be continuous. It will be appreciated that measurements 745W over a long period of years are required before any reliable calculation of water resources can be made.
