§ Sir A. Wilsonasked the Attorney-General, whether the Government can yet make any statement as to the establishment of an institute of legal research as recommended by the Legal Education Committee (Cmd. 4663)?
§ The Attorney-GeneralIt is regretted that owing to the pressure of work during the past few months it has not been possible to give full consideration to the establishment of an Institute of Legal Research which was one of the recommendations contained in the Report of the Legal Education Committee. This matter is still under consideration and it is hoped that a decision will be made as soon as this pressure is somewhat relaxed.
