asked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that letters are not delivered in the Paganhill district of Stroud until after 8.45 a.m.; and whether he will take the necessary steps to expedite the delivery?

The matter was already receiving attention and arrangements have now been made for the first delivery in Paganhill to be completed by 8.30 a.m.
