The question of the doctors' fees for the young persons referred to has become bound up with the larger question whether the fees now paid for all insured persons call for revision, by way of increase or decrease, and my1658W right hon. Friend has agreed with the suggestion of the medical profession that the whole matter should be referred to an independent Court of Inquiry.
