Subject to the concurrence of the police authorities concerned, it is proposed to carry out the experiment in the folloWing police districts:

  • Lancashire County.
  • Cheshire County.
  • Liverpool.
  • Manchester.
  • Salford.
  • Essex County.
  • Metropolitan Police District.
