§ Sir V. WarrenderI have been asked to reply. Miss Smith's solicitors were informed on 19th February that the Air Ministry was prepared to restore the land to her at once. The solicitors suggested that the necessary preliminary arrangements should be discussed with Miss Smith's agents and this is being done.
