§ Captain CrookshankIt is very desirable that, in the circumstances mentioned by the hon. Member, a suitable site for pit-head baths should be reserved by the colliery owners. There is no statutory obligation, but I am glad to say that in several instances the colliery owners have made this provision after consulting the architects of the Miners' Welfare Committee. I hope that this will always be done.
