Mr. Jenkinsasked the Secretary for Mines whether he is at present in communication with the Coalowners Association or the Coal Exporters Association regarding the declining share of this country in the sale of coal to France, Holland, Canada, the Argentine, and other countries; and, if not, will he take steps to call the attention of the coalowners to the present unsatisfactory position?
