§ Mr. Hore-BelishaIt is estimated that something over 20,000 soldiers (exclusive of those in India), are in receipt of marriage allowance, and that of these approximately 15,000 are on the married quarters roll. I have no means of knowing how many soldiers under the age of 26 are married.
