§ Mr. Granvilleasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is aware that in certain cases tithe claimants who have taken possession of land under Section 82 of the Tithe Act, 1836, are not cultivating the land nor keeping the buildings in proper repair, and that the intention of making tithe issue out of the land is being defeated; and whether, in such cases, he will consider steps to restore such land to its previous owner?
