Mr. CooperThe number of artificer apprentices to be transferred from Chatham to the new Mechanical Training Establishment at Rosyth is 120. Of these 60 entered with full knowledge that they were liable to be sent anywhere for training. Of the remainder, eight expressed a preference for service at Rosyth, and 23 live as far or about as far from Chatham as from Rosyth.
