§ Sir V. WarrenderThe answer to the first and second parts of the question is "Yes, Sir." As regards the last part, I see no reason for public alarm. Notice boards warning persons who may stray on to the sands about the extreme danger of handling any projectiles which may be seen lying about are displayed in many conspicuous places. Over a very great number of years the warning has been effective. Complete exclusion from the sands at all times is unnecessary provided that persons walking on them abide by the warning.
