§ Mr. Kellyasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware, that the official auditors of the Luton Corporation have refrained from signing the accounts of the Luton Corporation since 1934 on account of a dispute between the Central Electricity Board and the Luton Corporation; that similar disputes between the Central Electricity Board and other supply undertakings exist, such disputes being of more than one year's duration; and whether he will lay before the House information on such cases and what steps he proposes to take to bring such disputes to an end?
