§ Mr. BurginI have given close personal attention to this case, but I regret that I cannot offer more than the rates already notified in Circular 466 of 9th May, 1936, which are 66⅔ per cent, for a built-up area and 75 per cent. for a non-built-up area. The hon. Lady will recognise that the proposal may be affected by any action which may be taken as the outcome of the report of the Royal Commission on the Tyneside.
