§ Mr. Magnayasked the Minister of Labour what progress has now been made in providing and letting factories on the Team Valley Trading Estate?
§ Mr. E. BrownI am informed that 45 industrialists have contracted to take space in the Team Valley Trading Estate. The building of 12 factories is complete, or sufficiently so to enable the tenants to begin the installation of machinery. Twenty-eight other factories are in course of construction and in the remaining five cases details of the requirements are under discussion between the Trading Estate Company and the prospective tenants. In addition work has begun on the central administrative building.
