§ Captain CrookshankDuring 1936 there were 10 fatal and 2,776 non-fatal accidents to boys under 18 years of age in South Wales and Monmouthshire. The corresponding figure for fatal accidents in the first half of 1937 was five. The non-fatal figure is not yet available.
