§ Mr. LloydMy right hon. Friend regrets that, owing to the heavy pressure of other important Government business, it has not been possible to introduce this Bill during the present Session. With regard to the future, as my hon. Friend will appreciate, I am not in a position to anticipate the work of next Session.
