asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will state the number of bulk barrels of beer produced, after deducting 6 per cent. for waste, in England (including Northern Ireland), Scotland, and Great Britain, respectively, with the average original gravities in each case?

The numbers of bulk barrels of beer produced, after deducting 6 per cent. for waste, in England and Wales (including Northern Ireland), Scotland, and the United Kingdom, respectively, with the average original gravities in each case, during the year ended 31st March, 1937, were as follow:
