asked the Prime Minister, whether an opportunity will be given before the recess for a discussion on the Report of the Herring Industry Board. been converted to sterling at the average rates of exchange obtaining in the respective periods. In each of the countries mentioned there are import duties and/or subsidies or guaranteed prices in respect of wheat.

As no doubt my hon. Friend is aware, the Herring Industry Estimate is to be considered in Committee of Supply on Thursday next, when an opportunity will occur for this matter to be raised.
