§ Mr. Macquistenasked the Minister of Transport whether he will hold an inquiry into the great loss of sheep and cattle on the new and improved roads in the Highland counties, losses which cannot be recovered from insurance companies or from motorists who disappear; and whether he will consider adequately fencing all such roads?
