asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs how many countries broadcast propagandist programmes in languages other than their own?

I understand that, according to the information available to the British Broadcasting Corporation, wireless programmes directed to listeners outside the country of origin, and given or announced in languages other than that of the country of origin are at present being broadcast from Austria, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy (also the Vatican City), Latvia, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, Spain, Switzerland, United States of America, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Yugoslavia and Japan.
