§ Mr. Hore-BelishaSome buildings at the Duke of York's headquarters, Chelsea, are in process of demolition to make way for a new anti-aircraft building, and the use of electrically driven drills is necessary to remove concrete floors and stanchion bases, etc. Every effort is made to reduce the amount and duration of the drilling, and I anticipate that the use of these drills will be discontinued in a day or two.
