asked the Home Secretary in view of the urgency for change in the Workmen's Compensation Acts, when the Report of the Workmen's Compensation Committee, 1935, will be available for Members of this House?

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to a question on this subject by the hon. Member for the Don Valley Division (Mr. T. Williams) on 12th November last. Committee are now considering their Report and I understand that they have made considerable progress with its preparation but that it is not yet possible to say when it will be completed. The hon.
