§ Mr. Grovesasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will inquire into the circumstances attending the discharge from the Army of F. J. Binns, 13, Oxford Road, Stratford, Army No. 2382789; whether he is aware that this man served in India, China, and Egypt, was discharged from the Forces on 8th September last, and has been offered a gratuity of £45; and whether he will reconsider the conditions, and award this man a sum more commensurate with the circumstances?
