Rawsonasked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been called to the fatal and other accidents which have recently occurred on the narrow section between Seafield Road and Albany Villas, on the north of Kingsway, Hove; and will he give early consideration to the imposition of a reduced speed-limit over this section or other proposals to secure safety?
