Hudson(for the First Commissioner of Works): My hon. and gallant Friend's suggestion has received careful consideration on more than one occasion: apart from the fact that it was opposed by practically all sections of the House, it would be a matter of great difficulty to give effect to the hon. and gallant Member's wishes.
