asked the Postmaster-General what is the proportion of telephones to population in the following places, namely., the burgh of Kirkwall, the burgh of Stromness, the county of Orkney, excluding the burghs of Kirkwall and Stromness, the burgh of Lerwick, and the county of Shetland, excluding the burgh of Lerwick?
