§ Major TryonAll sections of the Post Office Guide are constantly under revision. The guide will appear in a more convenient and attractive form in September next, and I hope that the manner in which the regulations relating to printed papers are set out will make them clearer. If the hon. Member has any particular point in mind with regard to these regulations, I shall be glad to consider it.
