§ Viscount CranborneAs regards the first part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave to a question asked by my hon. Friend the Member for Colchester (Mr. O. Lewis) on 21st January. As regards the second part of the question, I am not yet in a position to state when the committee will report. The hon. Member will recollect that the report, when prepared, is to be submitted to the Governments of the States members of the League. The committee is, however, authorised to propose a special session of the Assembly, should it consider it advisable to do so.
