HC Deb 04 February 1937 vol 319 cc1801-2W
Mr. Leckie

asked the Minister of Transport what was the nature of the advice given to him by the London Traffic Advisory Committee as to the Regulations banning horse-drawn traffic in Regent Street and adjoining thoroughfares; and to what extent the Regulations, as brought into force by him, are at variance with such advice?

Mr. Hore-Belisha

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave to his question on this subject on 28th January.
