§ Mr. Cassellsasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that applicants for unemployment benefit resident in Cumbernauld, Dumbartonshire, have to travel considerable distances for signing-on purposes, all involving much financial outlay and hardship; and if he is prepared to take immediate steps for such applicants to sign on at a suitable place in their own village?
