§ Earl WintertonThe Duchy and County Palatine of Lancaster Seals of His Majesty (which are not public seals) are in course of being engraved from the designs of Mr. Percy Metcalfe, whose special qualifications for this task are well known. In view of the historic interest attaching to these seals, I will arrange for impressions to be placed for a time in the Tea Room, so soon as they are available.
