asked the Minister of Labour whether he is in a position to state the result of his inquiries into the working conditions of cinema employés and what steps, if any, he intends to take to deal with the matter?

I would refer the hon. Member to the replies given on 16th December to the hon. Members for Doncaster (Mr. Short) and Central Southwark (Mr. Day). As regards the second part of the question, I think that the hon. Member will agree that it will be necessary to consider the position in the light of the facts which are at present being collected.
