asked the Minister of Labour how many junior instruction centres were in existence at the most recent date for which the figures are available; and how many juveniles were at that date receiving instruction in them?

During the week ended 24th November, 1937,188 junior instruction centres and classes were in operation in Great Britain, and the total number of individual juveniles who attended for instruction during the week was 28,432.
