§ Lieut.-Colonel ColvilleThe rates of duty which were the subject of the application cannot be increased during the currency of certain Trade Agreements with foreign countries. In the circumstances the Import Duties Advisory Committee have not made any recommendations or announced any conclusions on the applications, but they have furnished the Government with a statement of their views.
