§ Captain Cunningham-Reidasked the Attorney-General whether his attention has been drawn to the fact that the telephone numbers of the various county courts in the Metropolitan area are not included in the telephone directory; and whether, in view of the inconvenience which is thereby caused to all those having business with these courts, he will consider remedying this state of affairs?
§ The Attorney-GeneralI am aware that the telephone numbers of most of the county courts in the Metropolitan area are not included in the telephone directory, but it has been found by experience that inclusion in the directory has led to continuous 403W calls from plaintiffs and defendants and their solicitors about matters before the court that cannot be dealt with over the telephone.
